Teams have seen a drastic decrease in winning pctg after getting beat by us. We sent both Denver and TB, teams which looked poised to win their division (especially Denver, who needed just ONE more win to sinch the AFC West) on a downward spiral. Hopefully we will keep the trend of ending teams' seasons one by one and eliminating all of our threats to a SB win. Oh how I would love it for Carolina to win that Lombardi in the Buc's stadium.:thumbsup:

I don't know about the others but it really does seem like the Panthers victory over Tampa was the straw that broke the camels back.

Remember that Tampa had the easier schedule and the momentum to take the division going into our divisional game.

But if you want to credit someone for this, I think you have to look at Fox's(and Davidson's) gameplanning and allowing other teams to see how to beat these teams effectively. More importantly, how to beat them offensively. I don't know the stats but all teams seem to collapse on the defensive side of the ball after playing Carolina. You also have to realize how demoralizing it was for TB and DEN especially considering they were primetime games.

don't forget the chargers. it took them quite a few weeks before they put their 43 piece puzzle back together.
