waiting for something to happen for us? all other teams are letting go of coordinators/coaches/etc, haven't heard a thing about the Panthers besides some vague article about Fox staying :[

All other teams as in 3 or 4?

lol I guess, but I should have said teams with problems. I'd like to see what the status is with Crossman since it's obvious this guy needs to be gone. We're in the bottom 3 in special teams coverage/etc.

Guess I should have worded it differently =P

You guys still had a decent year. You beat the crap out of the Saints even though they didnt play their starters but still beat them and beat the crap out of the Vikings and destroyed the Giants in their last game ever at the Meadowlands.

Yeah, but special teams play.... Near last in the league and I'm pretty sure it's been that way for a few years lol. ><

:beatdeadhorse5: Decent season my a**. It was nice to see the Panthers finish out the season with wins against some good teams BUT they were meaningless games. Watching a QB play horrificly and a coach refusing to bench him, not making the playoffs and going 8-8 is not a decent year. We have enough Panther fans content at not making the playoffs, that forget how bad this team was in games that counted - we dont need a Packers fan who's team is in the Playoffs with a franchise QB telling us our season was decent :sifone:

The Panthers have had some memorable moments in their franchise so far. Three NFC title games and one NFC championship. Super bowl vs the Pats was a good game. I enjoyed you guys beating Philly.

Fixed :) This year was still very disappointing until Week 12, and even then it was bittersweet.

    • A lot of people think this draft is weak at QB--I think, after the first five picks of the first round, there are a ton of developmental QBs who could develop into the role--here is the psychology behind it--Bryce becomes the mentor--you can learn as much by teaching others than by being taught.   It also makes him a true leader.  But I think there are a few QB in this draft that might not be ready now, but in 2 years, could be NFL starting QBs--Howard, Rourke, Ewers, Milroe, Dart, etc.  Talk about a cheaper backup and one that could evolve into trade capital--or if Bryce can't find consistency-his replacement.  Round 3 will have some of these qbs--maybe early day 3.
    • hopefully he has the impact on the run game post surgeries that TD had on defense after his surgeries.
