New to the Huddle... Who you is?

I've been here a long, long time...

My name's Jeremy, and I'm from Johnston County (yee-haw motherfugers!)...

I'm a white dude with nothing better to do than post under the moniker of one of the baddest motherfugers of all times...

I used to post here under the name jsquared, then switched to this name about 1,000 or so posts before the old board went down...

I've also been known to post as Chuck Norris, Jesus Christ, and a few others that I can't remember... I tried to make a cool Punisher moniker, but accidentally went through the process with Frank Castle spelled "Frank Castls"... So yeah, I never used that one... If a mod wants to go in and delete that account, it'd be great...

Usually, a lot of my posts seem to represent some sort of inside source, which I don't have (or do I? muahahahahaa), but my attunement to the Force usually makes these things come to fruition... or either causes sports journalists to take them for truth and run with it...

I've been a Panthers fan since their first season, attended my first game in '97 (I was 16, my mom let me get on a bus in Durham to go to Charlotte (maybe she was hoping I didn't come back?))... It was the Broncos preseason game where Collins' jaw got broke... I record every game (DVR now, thankfully... VHS takes up way too much space) and have done so since the beginning... It's fun to pop a tape in from time to time and see a Sam Mills tackle, a Brett Maxie interception, or a Fred Lane run...

I try to get to as many games as possible every year, which haven't been many the past 4 or 5 years... I have been to more than I can count though, and have great memories of most of them (like when Jake took the reigns against the Jags)...

I'm 29, married (since 2005), have no kids (still working on it, with a possible one on the way (first ultrasound is tomorrow)), and will be a Panthers fan until the end of time...

Hopefully, I'll make it to a tailgate sometime so I can meet some of you in person... It'd be cool to shatter our perceptions of each other together and just hang out...

So there you have it...

Good luck on the ultrasound. Parenthood is awesome....I have three little rug rats myself.

When I allow you to meet me, your perception of me won't be shattered, it will be heightened to an unimaginable realm of awe. I'd recommend daily meditations for 6 months before this happens, so your mind, body, and soul will be calm and at peace enough to receive such magnificence at once.
