No disrespect to the D-line, but we might have ZERO pass rushing effectiveness if we don't put an effort into re-signing Pep.

I honestly think Johnson and Brayton would be a nice duo, with Brown rotating in on pass-rushing situations.

Sure, no one else can compare to Peppers, but that's not to say these guys can't step up and play well enough to win.

There are too many factors at play right now. John Fox is still up in the air IMO. With Pete Caroll leaving USC, there much speculation that an NFL coach will go down there, presenting more openings in the NFL for John Fox, who BTW has value as a head coach, no matter how we see him.
