Aight.... I'm excited hearing this Reich might get canned talk.... Who's your head coach target?

Here's the thing.... If Reich is fired, we cannot hire a permanent until after the season.  The only real options would be to promote either Evero or Brown.  IF Evero saw this as an opportunity, and was basically promised the job (Violation of the Rooney Rule BTW) he would be the logical choice.  What Frank lacks is fire and demanding leadership.  Wilks would have these guys ready to run through a wall, and made sure his staff was adequately prepared.  He then let his coordinators cook on their own.

The issue with hiring an offensive guru as the HC is that he will want to focus on  play calling and be derelict to the CEO aspect of a HC.  Frankly, pun intended, I feel that is the case here.  Frank is overwhelmed and cannot fully perform the functions of his job fully.  The idea of collaboration is great in the business world, but even then, you need a leader to make decisions to achieve action items rather than just mire around in the brainstorming/sharing portion of the process.

These players need to be led period.  Frank's inability to acknowledge his way is not currently successful and refusal to adapt has resulted in players on the team not accepting his leadership on offense.  Evero has that mentality to lead, you can see the influence of his military upbringing in how he carries himself and how he prepares himself and the defense.

Cam need to come back and give the old pig and chicken speech to the offense.

Brown wouldn’t get promoted. He hasn’t even called plays in the NFL before. He was a position coach prior.

Would be Evero, Tabor, Jim Caldwell, or (god help us) Dom.

I just can't believe that he'd fire a guy in the middle of his first season.

As for Head Coach, I think whoever eventually hires Ben Johnson will be in a great position to win big.

He’ll be the Bears coach and get Caleb Williams and Harrison Jr

Here's how I want it to play out. Reich and Fitterer are canned during our BYE week after we go 0-6 (we not beating the Lions or Dolphins). Evero gets a full 11 games to show what he's about. He actually lets Thomas Brown call plays and implements a lil of his scheme during the bye week. If we still look like sh*t at end of season, go offer Ben Johnson a contract he can't say no to. Boom.

I agree, but I doubt Evero would do that. He saw what happened to Wilkes after Wilkes did a decent job as an interim.

    • Watching Rams/Eagles. Celebrating the St Louis Rams team that won the SB (Warner, Holt, etc..) while playing in Los Angeles seems wrong.  If I were in Los Angeles, no way I would attend a Rams game.  Probably wouldn't attend a Chargers game either.  Becoming a fan of a team that likes to move around just seems like a waste of energy as a fan.
    • The only responses I am getting after providing statistics to put opinions in perspective seem to be from people who get angry and attack stats and people whose opinions differ from their own.  Have people on the Huddle ever overreacted, exaggerated, been wrong about players before?  Sure they have, so an alternative opinion with statistical support should not cause you to attack me or my views.  I am sorry your public schools failed you.  But your reactions are very revealing--you are stuck in Piaget's concrete operational stage--learn logic, how to debate a topic, and learn the difference between facts and emotional opinions.  When I paralleled Cam's stats with Jones' to point out how remarkably similar their careers have been to this point, It blew some 40 watt minds.  I think Jones, in a better situation, could be good--that should not upset you--
    • penalties and poor hands is what cost us in the RZ Bryce missing "high" in the back of the end zone is not an issue, you're taught as a QB to throw high in the back of end zone were only the receiver can catch or no one The duo of Ian Thomas and Tommy tremble can both go at the end of the season, both been here for multiple seasons and they've barely developed
