Here’s the problem….Tepper hired a head coach (with ultimate say) before a gm, fired the head coach, kept the gm.  
 

  Chances are, if Tepper fires Reich or Fitt- the new guy will be hired based on having to work with Bryce-whether they like it or not.  And then you are back in the same weird situation

Based on the trajectory of this season, I'm envisioning Scott being fired during the bye week, Frank handing off playcalling over the bye week, and then anything less than 5 wins (after starting 0-6 so going at least 5-6 post bye week) will mean Reich and crew are also axed.

Any given Sunday and all that, but I just don't see any way in hell there's 5 winnable games left on the schedule.

As we've discussed before - you don't trade up to #1 to tank after.  Tanking is not an option if you don't have a first in the next draft...  and yet, we look like we may go winless.  Idk if that's ever happened either...  Seriously, not even the Browns fuged up this bad, EVER.  This is as bad as it gets.  Even Burns is on social media liking oosts abiut how fuging horrible we are.  So I imagine every seat on Mint St is hot as hell.

LOL we're not going to go winless.  For fugs sake, the Broncos gave up 70 points in Week 3 and were 0-3, and they won last week.  We have been in all our games so far.  We will win a few.  Not saying thats good or anything, but we're not going to go winless.
