I wouldn't let Fox go for anything less than a 1st and maybe a 3rd. I think it's taking a huge risk by just letting him go.

If Cowher came here. He'd likely get rid of Meeks and Davidson, especially if he has already been assembling a staff. Our team doesn't need anything else holding back. I either let Fox play out the contract and extend him(provided we go to the SB), or let him go to the Browns for picks then promote Jim Skipper or Jeff Davidson to HC.

Personally, I'd go with Meeks... But seniority would probably give Davidson the nod...

This, I've also heard that Skipper might do well. Personally I'm not sure but I do believe the best case for next season and maybe years to come comes from within.

If Fox was to go to the Browns & we get some picks, I would promote Magazu to HC. Don't know if I feel Skipper should be the HC. And I prefer to keep Davidson & Meeks where they are at right now. With either Skipper or Magazu as a HC, I would like to see how Davidson is if he make some minor change to his offense plan & having more freedom to use it than Fox putting him on a short leash like he did with Henning.
