1- Either lock up Peppers long-term or let him fly

2- Give more some vote of confidence. Not necessarily a guaranteed starting gig, but some vote of confidence, such as an extension? 2 years?

3- Lock up Thomas Davis...forever

4- Actually sign Free Agents

5- Re-sign Richard Marshall???

1. Agreed everything else this offseason will revolve around this.

2. 3 years would be fine with me.

3. again agreed the man is awesome.

4. Vet WR, QB and maybe a CB but we dont need much.

5. I would tender him but nothing to high let him go and pickup another CB.

6. Would like to see us upgrade our K and Punter Baker/ Lloyd havent looked to good the past couple of games. Kasay is getting up there and we need to start to find a replacement for him.

1.) Find out what the hell is Foxs' situation.

2.) Peppers situation resign him to either a Cap-friendly long term deal, or show him the door.

3.) Sorry Jake slurps, but the only way this organization is going to exceed is by cutting ties with Jake, you do that you show the fan base you give a poo. Afterall look at Tennessee, they benched Collins and never looked back.

4.) resign the players that matter, Davis is deserving of a good contract he's earned it,

and if Marshall wants Asante Samuel money he can hit the road.. alluding to

5.) Free Agent signing, if Pep & Marshall walks there are a good amount of defensive lineman available this year that are young, inexpensive, and pretty good. Also if Marshall leaves there's the perfect cover-2 corner in Indy that I'm damn sure Meeks would love to bring in Marlin Jackson who's slated to not being resigned, I'll bet my bottom dollar if Marshall walks he's who we sign.

6.) cut loose players on expirings that haven't lived up to their ridiculous contracts ie: Landon.. well there's not that many which leaves me dumbfounded.

7.) Bring in a Top-Tier WR if we have the Peppers Cap, whilst this team is an obvious run-first team, having an Ideal #1 Wideout beside Smitty would be fappable..

But seriously we need to bring in a capable Wide Receiver opposite smitty, while I doubt Jackson leaves San Diego, and B-Marsh having eyes on him from space. Boldin seems to be the closest free agent superstar this team can get, plus he's a hometown guy. IIRC

2. 3 year deal for Matt Moore sounds good to me as well. Let him battle it out with Delhomme in training camp. Give him a fair shot at the job and he will win it from Jake.

I agree, if Fox will just take off his Jake glasses long enough to see Matt is the future and Jake needs to sit down.

1. Coaching situation, either bounce Fox, hand the reins over to someone else on coaching staff or bring in new blood...ASAP

2.peppers...sign and trade is what I'd do but if he want's to be back get it done

3.Delhomme is no longer the solution at QB, Moore is not either but proved he can get the job done when given the chance, enough so that I would be comfortable with him as our #1 and draft the best available QB with our first draft pick

4.by know means split up the dynamic duo unless a first round, third round and sixth round, as well as a second rounder next season is involved coming our way

5.Jordan Shipley=Ricky Proehl lite, get him 3rd rd

6.Godfrey, Martin are not ready for this level yet, bring in veteran help for a year

7.O-Line depth, it was great when their was some

6. Kicker position is weird. Kasey or Baker cant kickoff I guess but both do their job pretty good IMO, but keeping 3 kickers kills us. I think this is the year to get a Punter that can kickoff because Kasey still gets the job done in my opinion. Kickers have been horrible all year for other teams, Kasey is still consistent.

They are all fine.

If lloyd can't consistently kick it into the endzone, we can use the roster spot elsewhere. Maybe I'm not paying attention, but unless he can kick FGs, he serves no purpose

People like to come back to the kicker thing, but Lloyd will probably be kicking FG's when Kasay is gone. Kasay is still here because he's been here since the beginning.
