Doubt you can get a high second round pick for him. He's not young, cheap or a premium player, so no one will give up big compensation either.

Plus Schwartz is a RT, so who will play LT? If you say Wharton, who will play LG? If you say Otah, I think that is a touch presumptious, as he really struggles in pass protection.

I like the idea and I love the money we will save. The problem is Gross is a good player and we might be better with Gross. I personally couldnt tell you how much better or worse the Back ups have played in place of the injuries but I can tell you that even without our starting O-linemen we are getting great offensive stats and have ran the ball great every game since. we also have only gave up 6 sacks in the past four games which isnt bad either.

Not a bad idea but I sure as heck wouldn't trade him for a 2nd, I might do it for a top 20 pick though. Hell, maybe if the redskins keep Campbell they'll give up their first for him and we can take Eric berry haha

No Gross is one our best olineman right now. The group we have right now in the game is good. But gross and otah does a better job of opening the running lanes for dwill and stewart. So no they will stay here perio.
