Watch Cincinnati WR Mardy Gilyard to night

So much for that high flying spread offense. It's amazing how those offenses can go from scoring 45 points and looking unstoppable, to looking completely incompetent when they go up against a really good defense.

There's not many of those really good defenses floating around the Big East.

Texas is going to run into much of the same vs Bama.

Of course that's the case tonight. But he has been efficient his whole career. He rarely gets intercepted.

Yeah, he's a great college QB, no doubt about it. I just have my doubts about him playing QB in the NFL. For one thing, he will have to change his throwing motion radically and he will have to learn a completely different way of playing the position, unless somebody uses him in the wildcat and lets him run those same types of read option plays. I think he would be great in that role.

Florida Fans love/blindness over The Golden Calf of Bristol rival that of Heels fans love/blindness over Hansburogh

I don't remember too many of my fellow Tar Heel fans claiming that Hansbrough would be great in the NBA. I know I never did.

You should have compared them to WVU fans and Pat White...that would have made more sense.;)

You are absolutely right. I think most people acknowledge that something will have to change in The Golden Calf of Bristol's mechanics for him to succeed. I think it is definitely possible, but I also think he will have to work really hard.

I do! :P Cant help but to love a guy that won 4 straight Bowl games.

Georgia

Georgia Tech

Oklahoma

UNC

Then it must not be hard to see why people can't help but love a guy who won 3 bowl games (3rd coming up soon) 2 of which were National Championships.
