If he’s as humble as I’ve heard it’s time to turn over play calling. It’s painfully clear he can’t handle both HC and play calling duties.

He needs to hand over the playcalling... it's going to derail this whole thing. Focus on coaching the game, not the offense.

Id like to see what he can do with less responsibility and handing over those duties. He seems to be respected by many around the league and should be able to improve afterwards.
