umm Tepper bought the Panthers for $2.2 Billion.  They are worth $4.2 billion now.  He may be trash as an owner but the man knows how to make a $1

Considering how hard they tried to trade for Watson I would think so. I don’t think he views the franchise as anything but a foundation for a sports/entertainment business. He knows even a losing franchise is still valuable and can be moved if needed. 
 

Bungling the Rock Hill facility made 0 sense if he ultimately cared about the the team.
