Very nice draft. I like Colt McCoy but he is more of a west coast offense QB.. he is a Matt Hasselbeck clone. He isn't the calibur QB that you would draft and change your whole offense for, so I believe the seahawks will take him in the 2nd round and could have an immediate impact for them.

I love the Myron Rolle pick, most scouts are projecting him as a 5th round pick. The guy would be a steal at any round other than the first. He has the brains, the athletic ability, and leadership skills to be an elite SS in the NFL. If the Panthers are able to get him, I would be ecstatic.

there aren't too many QB's in the draft that play in an nfl style offense. only jimmy clausen and a couple others that i can think of off the top of my head do, and clausen will be gone fast. i'd love to see us pick up Lefevour though.

Jacoby Ford will probably be long-gone by the time those 6th round compensatory selections roll around.

Your McCoy pick is interesting. I think I've mocked him going to the Panthers at least once on here, but that was before Moore's emergence.

If Fox really does stay here in a lame-duck year, I don't think he's going to waste time on a second-round quarterback. He's going to be looking for that quick contract extension and he'll have a better chance at that if he wins immediately. I'm not sure that Colt McCoy helps you win immediately. I'm thinking more and more that he's going to AGAIN trade away something to move up and pick someone that he feels can help the team win now. I have a feeling he's going to try and get either Dez Bryant or Golden Tate. As for the quarterback position, I think he's going to acquire someone with experience through trade or free agency.

When mocking drafts from here until April, we all have to remember that Fox will again be doing the "all-in" thing and desperately trying to make a deep playoff run next season.

I do like LeFevour as well.. he will take some time to develop. Sam Mills Fan makes a very valid point. If Fox is our head coach, he will not waste a pick on a QB in this draft because they take too long to develop. He will take his chances with Matt Moore.

Also, I agree that Jacoby Ford won't last past the 3rd round. Didn't see that earlier.

I though Myron Rolle was going to Oxford to finish school. If not then I wouldn't complain if we drafted him though.

Jacoby Ford in the 6th, no way.

Why a DT in the 4th, we have a boatload already. A pass rushing DE would be better.

If Peppers leaves, then we have CJ and Brayton who are good against the run. Brown is our only pass rushing specialist. We would need another.

ifigure the same thing, he will probably trade up and take bryant or i'd like him to take cody.
