You do realize Crossman and Gregory need to go?

Are our scouts bad, or are they given instructions to look at a specific type of receiver? It almost seems as if we are more interested in a receivers ability to block than to catch, basically a replacement for Moose. If we want a receiver who can run and block well and has good hands, its probably going to cost a first round pick, unless we get lucky and find a Colston type in the later rounds.

I agree keep Gregory. Also about looking for a certain type of receiver is correct. You want #1 and #2 to be two different types of receivers. We have Smitty so your small speed receiver is taken care of. You need a position receiver who runs good routes and is tall for the 2nd receiver.

I have no qualms about Gregory. On the wide receivers, it's really hit or miss to find a good one and I'm firmly entrenched in the idea to find Smitty's successor very soon in the draft.

As for Crossman, there is literally not one single aspect of our special teams I can think of that has gotten better since he has taken over.

I agree that those are important things. But the #2 still needs to be fast enough to get some seperation, and has to have good hands. The ability to block, while important, should be less important than those things.
