Yes, and the Panthers could have won a couple more and would be right in the middle of the play off race if Delhomme wouldn't have fallen apart this year. I can understand it if people criticize Fox for sticking with Delhomme and for failing to make good half time adjustments, but his team has played hard all year long whether they won or lost. I guess it's all about perception though...most people just assume that they didn't play hard enough if they lose and that they played very hard if they won, but that's not always the truth. Sometimes the other team is just plain better on a given Sunday whether your team plays hard or not.

I have already said that it's perfectly legitimate to criticize Fox for sticking with Delhomme for so long. Also, when was the last time you saw fox with one of those big play sheets in front of his face like those HC's that actually call plays? He does not call the plays and he never has.

no. they havent . 2 games makes up for a season of sucking and bad game planning. if he was such a good coach, why did we play so bad in the first 13 games? every year he loses is some excuse.

if you guys want to give him credit for taking a team to the superbowl and 2 nfc championships then fine. but you also have give him "credit" for the 5 losing seasons and no back to back winning seasons, the up and down level of this team. a team that gets beat by buffalo but destroys the vikings and the giants.
