...it would be his most impressive performance of the year for me. I want a QUARTERBACK on this team, alot of our fans just want a "game manager" who can rely on our RBs to do all the work (and get 1/3rd the glory) and can throw a few prayers to Smitty every now & then. That wont win us a Super Bowl in today's game. So if he can go out there and make some plays without Smitty and get other guys involved it would say alot about his potential as a starter. He's already proven he's better than Delhomme (which isnt saying much right now), I want to see him prove he's a quarterback that can make plays on his own.

.....it's not gonna impress anyone cuz Vikings just lost & the Saints are gonna pull their starters at some point. Sucks too I wanted to beat them at full strength.
