Interesting that the guy basically blew his load for Patrick Willis, and yet Beason who has almost identical stats doesn't even make the list for ILB.

The game is more than stats though. In terms of play, where players are making their tackles and when they are making their plays (and what plays they are failing to make when in position) there really isn't a comparison between an elite player like Willis and a good player like Beason. Not a slight on Beason, but Willis is the best inside linebacker in the league.
