That isn't what it means at all. From 2002 to 2009, Hurney has drafted 11 total starters. This includes people on their rookie contracts.

And what good is drafting people if you can't keep them on the team? Anyway, there are only two that are starting somewhere: Witherspoon and Hangartner. Three if you count Omiyale (is he still starting dimbee?) and he was undrafted. So even if you count that, it hardly matters. Include those players and Hurney has drafted/brought in undrafted 14 players.

What good is it if you don't keep them here? Seriously? You can't possibly keep every single player. Part of the NFL is choosing which you are going to keep, because you can't keep every single player. Just doesn't happen. That doesn't make him a bad GM. Now I agree that he has made mistakes letting certain players go (Witherspoon, Moose for example) and that is a valid point that I would agree with you on.

I think the fox hurney crap is just setting up Jake to retire. JR respects JD too much. He has done a lot for the franchise. They would rather JD retire rather than the team just cut him. Isn't he like 36 or 37? Yeah, I say it's a set up for Jake to retire
