My "dream team" for next year..and its reasonable..

Have any of you people who want Jason Cambell, watched him play? Ever? He is terrible. He scrambles ok but that is because he can't throw the football to anyone on his team beyond three yards of the line of scrimmage. My roommate is a redskins faithful, so I watch almost every game. It is really upsetting to watch Cambell systematically ruin everything the rest of the team does with his inability to throw the ball to his own players. (Remind you of anyone?)

considering the year the Skins have had, he is actually have a nice year stats wise. ..when your best option is your freaking TE, you're not going to look like Steve Young back there. Santana Moss is no where near being a number 1 WR..his RBs are always hurt, and his line is probably the worse in the league..and the guy is still having a decent season..

The stats don't tell the story. If you watch his games he plays with no heart, no leadership, and poor decision making. He is deathly afraid to pull the trigger and checks down about 90 % of the time. None of these are qualities that I look for in a franchise quarterback. Stats don't make a good QB. And no offensive line will protect a quarterback who doesn't play with heart. You have to have those "intangibles" to be a good QB.

also Santana Moss is a great receiver. His play and stature are both reminiscent of Smitty. Great RAC, catches damn near anything thrown at him, and suprisingly good run blocking for his size. That being said, they could use a Randy Moss type receiver, but who couldn't?

hard to play with heart when you know you're going to get hit 30 times....It couldn't hurt to sign the guy, and have him back Moore up at least..just as insurance if you will..

Moore has shown he deserves to be on this team and compete for the #1 spot when we bring in another QB either via FA, trade up for a QB in draft, or 2011 first round pick QB.
