FWIW Damian hasn't made a formal announcement yet, however all signs point to him declaring. Also to add to the list of SC players Stafon while not a junior does have a year of eligibility left but most expect him to go. Everson Griffen if given a first round grade will be gone, and Stanley Havili may bolt as well.

Its a forgone conclusion. Even his coach is talking about it like its already decided.

It was also a forgone conclusion that Taylor Mays would go last year but look how that turned out. Look I'm not saying he wont declare because I think ultimately he will, all I'm saying is that until "he" declares himself for the draft he cant really be considered on the list.

Of this list I only see Tate as a prospect that fits a need will BPA most likely if he is there in the 2nd and could be the next Steve Smith. I actually think he is more physically gifted then Smith. Of course no one has Smiths fire.

JUST Tate? What about the two quarterbacks and Dez Bryant? Granted, both quarterbacks do have question marks around them, but if by some divine intervention one of them or Bryant falls to us in the 2nd and we pass them up, I will personally drive to BoA Stadium and fling bags of poo over the security gates.

Realistically though, Clausen/Bradford/Bryant/Tate will all be first-round selections. I'd be in favor of taking the quarterback or receiver that has the most value where we pick, someone like Pike or McCoy at quarterback or Benn/Briscoe/Ginyard at receiver.

If Bryant falls. Thats most likely not going to happen. Bryant/Clausen both go round 1 as does Bradford most likely. Pike has bust written all over him. I wouldn't mind McCoy but he could sneak into the 1st as well. Besides I am wary of drafting a QB that plays in a system that doesn't translate well to the pros especially our type of Offense.

Tate fits perfectly into the Steve Smith role and lets face it he isn't getting any younger. He could be deadly in the slot for a year or two then when Smith speed and agility start to fade they switch and Smith takes the slot. We still would need to find a possession receiver which I think Riley Cooper would fit perfectly into as he can be clutch and he is an excellent blocker. He should be available at least in the 3rd.

Brilliant approach. I think they can stand another year or two without finding a replacement for Smith, though. He'd still be dangerous in the slot, but he'll still be dangerous as the #1 receiver due to his ferocity.

Brian Price my favorite DT (in realm of likeness considering Suh is going top 5) has declared. He is projected to go late 1st round but I could see him falling easily due to depth of this class. If he is there when we pick I firmly believe he is BPA for our team. With his interior pressure we would go from an good D to an elite D.

Did he? Thats not good I knew they won and knew had 5 tackles but otherwise I knew nothing of that game. He is a tremendous athlete and has a tireless work ethic and is a good all around teammate. UT is a position of need and IMHO he could end up being the best UT in this draft. No brainer in the 2nd.

    • Kraven has awful shitty comic book movie vibes all over it. It's just more of whatever studio owns the rights to the Spiderman set, but no longer actually has Spiderman anymore. Wicked is probably no more enjoyable. 3 hour long musicals are tough to endure.
    • One of those guys who throws a pass that makes you yell "OMG" then immediately follows it with one that makes you go "WTF" 😳 Essentially the Brett Favre prototype...
    • The Giants games are an interesting comparison for sure. We could compare the Chiefs vs the Bucs as well, since at least both teams are largely the same as they are now, rather than the Giants whose coach lost his mind after losing to us. 30-24 KC in overtime. Hunt had 106 yards and Mahomes had 291. Baker threw for 200 yards, but 2 TDs. Their leading rusher had 25 yards or something. Our offense outperformed what the Bucs did vs KC, but being a division game we won't have the benefit of being overlooked. If our D plays how it did in the 4th quarter I think we can get some stops.  Can Bryce carry a second game? I'd rather not find out and have Chuba carry the load, but we'll see.
