They will probably bring Cantwell up from the PS as well.....and McCown is on IR.

I'll second that. Maybe even a whole year too late. Fox's tends to have problems determining when to bench established starters when they start to not produce. Davis, Foster, Hayden (who isn't even a vet and wasn't an established starter), Rucker (should of had his replacement years ago), etc.

To me this is the only reason I want him gone. If he can ever change that I would love for him to stay only if Hurney is gone. If I was JR I would bring in a GM that can overrule Fox when it comes to talent on the team. Who signs a guy coming off his worst game ever (and wasn't that great lets face it all season last year aside from 2 or 3 games) to that kind of deal. I would rather have been in cap hell then to have seen that deal. A wise GM would have just let Pep walk but lets not get into that.

Gantt's been calling for this for a couple of weeks now. It was past time.

Not sure if they'll bring up Cantwell or someone at another spot that they want to make sure is on roster before next season.

Moore and Feely should be enough to cover the QB position for two games. No point in bringing up a third QB, unless they have someone they specifically want to look at during gameplay. Better to bring up someone at another position who might actually see some playing time.
