Worst secondary in the league?

Maybe that's an overstatement however that's how I feel right now and I've been feeling this way for the last few games.

Is it that there's not enough pressure up front or are we just that bad in the secondary??

I sure hope this has something to do with losing Kemo and some others up front cause we are one and done in the playoffs.

Both! Without the rush, we have our ears pinned back in the secondary. Give us a line at full strength and our secondary is much, much better...

We were exposed a couple of weeks ago, and still managed to pull off a great season...that being said, hopefully it will be something that John Fox will focus on during our much deserved bye-week.

It was an 80/20 Pass-Run ratio so the numbers aren't that surprising.

Without our running game....sad to say.....Brees throws for 500 yards.

I figure you are being to hard on the secondary. We didn't have either of our starting tackles. We stood up our guys to get different angles and did a pretty good job. The line was tired by the fourth quarter without a good rotation and we didn't get as much pressure. Brees did his thing and brought them back. I said to myself at least I hope they score quick so Jake has enough time to coe back for the field goal.

The secondary competed all day. We had some great breakups and some breakdowns. I think with more pressure we should be okay going forward.. The bye is huge.
