Clausen era was the lowest I’ve been on the franchise but it made for cheap tickets on the front row 50. This sucks but I look at Richardson and Stroud and they just flash more still. Ive got no choice but to wait for Bryce to flash too. He had one play today where he stepped up, was about to get hit and got the ball out quick. Stuff like that gets me excited. Just need to see more still.

This is the low point for the franchise. 

*wrong QB taken #1. Stroud and Richardson better. 

*going winless this year all to hand the Bears a franchise QB

*traded away a generational talent in CMC then overpaid for a far worse RB. 

*didn’t trade Burns for two 1sts when he has never shown up. 

* in 6 years we have dug a deeper hole 

* Horn was the wrong pick 

*Ickey is a bust and not a franchise LT

I went to the car vs atl game during the clausen era and had damn near a section to myself.  At least we had a no 1 pick to look fwd to.   This feels even lower

      Respectfully, I completely disagree. Last year we were:  32nd in Sacks. 32nd in Turnovers.  32nd in Rushing TDs allowed  29th in Scoring.  We were absolutely atrocious on defense last year and that was with a full stable of weapons in Derek Brown, Frankie Luvu and Brian Burns that played all 17 games.  Using yards per game as a metric to guage our success lacks the context that because our offense was so inept teams were not driving the length of the field, they were starting at their 40-50 yard line.  This year, our Defense ranks:  31st in Sacks. Tied for 19th in Turnovers  31st in Rushing TDs allowed 32nd in Scoring  His defense fails to get pressure, fails to turn the ball over and fails to stop the run. Three things you absolutely have to do to be successful in the NFL.  Denver meanwhile has not missed a beat without him.  If another team wants to hire him as a HC and the Panthers get two 3rds for it I'll wish him the best and pack his bags myself.
