Let me preface this by saying I realize this is an entirely trivial observation, and should have no real weight when comparing the two QB's BUT...

Does anyone else find it annoying Delhomme has always chosen a dated looking facemask? It addition to the huge goofy t-shirt hanging out the ends of his jersey (which has previously been discussed on the Huddle) the facemask comes off as far less intimidating than it could.

Manning wears the Riddell Revolution. Brees' facemask has three vertical bars over the grill. Moore chooses the facemask with two horizontal bars above the eyes and three across the grill. Those helmets look a hell of a lot cooler and much more intimidating to me.

Again, I know it is completely frivolous matter, I just wondered if anyone has shared my thoughts on the subject in years past.

That irritates the hell out of me. I bet he has holes under the armpits of that stupid ass shirt he wears under his pads.
