Cowher is five years younger than Belichick. Both can coach very well for many more years. Fox is a great coach, but he has gone stale here. Sure the right mix and match of players and assistant coaches could come in, but the staleness is just too overpowering. It's time to go in a new direction. People always want a young guy, but like I said, Cowher really isn't that old.

I agree with Venom, If Moore gets a starter slot, then Fox should stay, The team is built around his gameplan. Plus, the call's were good this week, as tho his staff is learning.

However, If Jake comes back when healthy just because he is, After the Start Moore is having thus far, Fox has got to go. In that case you'd think Jake is giving him kick backs or something.

I think as Moore learns the offense more and more and gets more comfortable, it is possible the play calls may change slightly. It already seems that we have seen the offense come out with some plays that we previously hadn't seen much of now that Moore is the QB.
