Best for Leftover Turkey

I am going out of town for about two weeks and have a delima. I have alot of turkey leftover from Thanksgiving and I dont want to throw it out.

Trying to decide what the best use of it will be?

A) Unlimited Sammiches

Turkey stew/soup

Anyone with some good turkey soup recipes? I make one every year with Egg Noodles, celery, and carrots. I am trying to find other things to put into this soup to make it really good.

Best thing to do is freeze it.

If you are unsure between sandwich's, soup, etc, you can still go ahead and slice up what you can to make sandwich's out of, and still use it for soup if you decide to do so.

Turkey salad is good as well.

The freezer is your friend till you make up your mind most importantly though.

Mozzarella Cheese

Stuffing

Cranberry Sauce

Turkey

Slice of toasted white bread toast

Piled just like that....Assemble all but the gravy, stick in the oven to get hot, at least until the cheese melts. Slap some gravy on. Delish.
