Big Daddy's. Sam I Am burger, fried egg, pesto and cheese. Amazing! I like Penguin but its just another over cooked burger. At least i can get some pink in the middle at Big Daddy's.

I whole heartedly agree, any place where you can't get your burger cooked medium is a pretender. Not to knock the Penguin though because it's simply apart of Charlotte's history and awesome if you're looking for a cheap pig-out meal.
