Dude should have been fired after last season. Trades assets like he is playing madden.

He was never good enough to get the job in the first place. Then he should have gone with Rhule while Tepper did a clean sweep because bleach really is the answer a lot of times in heavy cleanups. 

Tepper spent his butt off again and couldn't pack the house on opening night with the #1 pick while proving why in the game. He needs to fire himself first and figure out how to get someone decent in to do the heavy lifting he is incapable of doing.
