Do we know anything about Deangelo Williams's injury?

Probably, as well know, ankle or knee. But here is my thought (though it is a reach)

Shoulder/collar bone.

Why? Look at what we have said in this topic so far. Not finishing runs. Not putting a shoulder down recently. Viable argument. He has looked like, the past couple of weeks, he has been running more upright upon contact. I have seen him put down his left shoulder, but I am 90% sure he hasn't lowered the right. It could easily be a playable shoulder injury or he chipped his collar bone. If this is a case, it could be bad if he tears his labrum. That's surgery and about 5 months of rehab. Very painful, might I add. Again, it's a reach. But possible.

leg injuries, especially the knee and below, will cause a RB to run more upright. the less they use the legs for leverage, the less pain there is.

his historically suspect ankle produces the same symptoms you list for a shoulder/collar bone injury.

This is true. But just another thought. As I said, an ankle or knee is more likely, but its just a what if. I haven't noticed any hitch in his typical step as of late, but it may be nagging on him. Same symptoms, but with that being said, it COULD be a shoulder. Just food for thought.
