How strong is your allegiance to the Panthers?

I'd be lying if I said I hated the Saints. The Bucs, the Falcons? Yeah. But the Saints? I don't know. Something about Brees and NO that makes me like 'em. That being said, I wanted them to lose a game(and I wanted them to lose against the Panthers...). Didn't want them to go for a perfect season - can't really say why. I'd never root for them to beat the Panthers. Once the playoffs start, though, I'll hope they win, though it won't really bother me if they win or lose.

I want the Panthers to win, I want them to do well no matter the circumstance. I get invested in the team's wins and losses and get bummed on Sundays when we lose (this has been a hard year...). But for the 3 or 4 other teams I follow, I don't really have much invested in 'em, I just enjoy seeing them play. That's the difference between how I feel about the Saints (and the Dolphins) and the Panthers. You can say I'm not a true fan because I don't want every team in the NFC South to lose, but I don't think that is a fair assessment.
