Blizzard here (Morganton)....about 5" so far....roads are terrible. Made the mistake of thinking my Subaru Baja could do anything....got within 30 yds of my house and got into trouble. Nice neighbor helped my back (and slide) down the hill and stay out of the ditch. Had to hike up to my house. Snowing a lot but the heaviest coming later tonight. Saying my prayers for keeping electricity. It is pretty...but I wish my Baja was in my driveway.
