That fake punt was big. They went from going three and out on back to back possessions likely giving KC good field position to absolutely rolling and now in the red zone.

It’s a good story overall. He is now the highest paid assistant in the nfl and elected to come back the team that gave him a chance, and to try and win it all.

 

also, didn’t he decline the first in person interview? I thought we only had a call with him?
