I been bragging on him in this thread since the game started. How do you watch college football and not know Hunter was the #1 recruit from last year's class. He was legit as JSU just not many people saw him because it was a lower division of football.

They paid him to change the culture of the program. Those kids sucked at football. He has to build a competitive program at the end of the day. Sucks for the kids, but it's a win for Colorado. He's bringing in talent that can actually play the game at an elite level.

Sanders took a job at a HBCU, Jackson State in Mississippi. That brought JSU and Mississippi some extra eyes it never would've had otherwise, and he brought good black players in as well. They had a great season. He put his son in at QB and he played great. Then ... like many coaches do ... he jetted. Left a struggling HBCU program for money. He doesn't need money. He left them high and dry ... and to boot, he took many top players with him. Basically said ... F U, JSU. Then he gets to Colorado and pretty much tells kids ... you're out ... I'm bringing in talent. Sorry, not sorry.
