Corral has played considerably worse in preseason against backups and 3rd stringers than Zappe has played in games that matter vs starters... Zappe looked competent starting actual regular season games. Looked like a decent backup. I was pretty surprised he got cut. I wouldn't be opposed to picking him up ourselves.
