I'm thinking it's a trade, unless they're thinking some wild poo like moving Chinn to LB full-time.

l just don't see how you cut all the talented MLB depth without already having a guy ready to step-in, guaranteed.  No point in cutting known commodities in hopes of someone else becoming available later...  it's a crapshoot.

Chinn at LB is an interesting thought.
