That's the value of having a veteran like Theilen. He knows how to catch that kind of pass.

Great play by Bryce. Thielen is looking like a great pickup too. That connection will be solid this season barring injuries. I hope Bryce and Mingo get in tune together for the future. We may have to go after a big time WR in FA next year

He did that a few times last night. Those ‘misses’ he had were because a guy was held and Mingo slipped. Bryce was throwing to where the WR was supposed to be and throwing before the guy was open.

When is the last time we had a QB who threw with anticipation like Bryce? The caveat with anticipation throwers is that your QB needs really good rapport with his receivers. And that’s the kind of thing they’ll need time to build beyond just one offseason.
