What to make of Ickey?

David Newton has called into question the ability and progress of our young LT. At this point I’m not worried, but there have been some glaring errors. Hopefully he’ll continue to develop into the LT we need to anchor the OL and keep Bryce upright.

This.  While Ickey hasn't looked great these first two preseason games, thos is Newton just trolling for clicks.  God I wish this dude would get fired already.  How do we lose reporters like Alexander and Rodrigue but this buffoon is still here fuging poo up?

And honestly, I don't know how he didn't get canned for getting caught on the hot mic.  If this was any other market, this would be a national controversy.

David Newton is the biggest clown to ever cover the Panthers. That’s saying a lot actually. The guy never writes anything of any value.

I don't recall ever seeing a Panthers preseason team look this unprepared.  I keep telling myself that it is preseason but man they look bad.  I guess we'll see week 1 how the team looks.
