Yeah maybe nerves knowing it was his last audition. Dalton didn't look like a clear upgrade anyways.

Dalton was rusty and off in his timing. A lot of those passes were right behind his WRs. I feel like he will be fine with more reps with these WRs. His back injury caused him to miss a lot of valuable reps  recently IMO.

Bryce has gotten like 80% of snaps so not surprised both looked rusty

One thing you can pick up just from watching league news: there are definitely teams out there looking to pick up a quarterback.

I'd say there's at least a half decent chance we could get something in return for Corral. It might not be anything huge, but that's okay

The longer he's here under this staff the more valuable he becomes.  Well at least as far as his talent will allow.  Right now he has no value to any other team beyond what he had in the draft. Frank and Fitterer have their work cut out for them.

Well, the cut partially answers some questions.   He no longer fit/belonged here given what we now are.

Maybe, maybe not.

Might have done it hoping with all the other QB cuts that happened, he'd pass waivers and they could get him onto the practice squad.  I still contend that we're one of the best places for him this year, to learn from this great staff we've put together, as he's not getting a shot at a backup role this year anywhere, he'd be a 3rd QB at best anywhere else right now.

Yeah w Zappe available he could be back, he looks happy in camp vids and scout team is a sweet job
