To be fair when have we ever been about winning under Tepper?

 

Tepper has single handedly made us a worst franchise. There is no keep pounding with Tepper. It's a culture problem. He hires coaches that aren't culture changers.

 

Wilks had the players backing him to return and he goes out and hires a coach who was fired.

 

This man is clueless about football if you ask me.
