Yessir.  And I also think there was a significant part of the locker room that, entering last year, was ready for a change.  Whenever you have a clown trying to control everything while at the same time clearly being 6 feet of man in 15 feet of water, that happens. 

So when the ax fell and Wilks was put in charge, it represented a return to sanity for them.  Suddenly, the stuff that really mattered mattered.  And the nonsense was flushed away.

All I'm saying is I'm not willing to lower my expectations for what this coaching staff and GM needs to achieve this year.  This same offensive line won 7 games last year.  This same defense has now been upgraded, so expect them to perform better this year.   QB, while a rookie, is still supposed to be better and give us a better chance to win than Baker or Darnold, or PJ Walker,  etc. etc. etc. 

That's the topic.  Playoff or bust is the expectation.

That’s YOUR expectation. Realistic fans don’t expect much this year. 
 

There’s a lot of new pieces, and no strong teams leaders yet that I’m aware of. Team chemistry is a big factor and we don’t know if these guys can effectively play together yet.

Yes they’re my expectations and others clearly agree. Who are you to speak for what’s realistic?

I definitely don't think it's playoffs or bust. Too many variables in that. Quality of the division, quality of the conference, injury bug breaking the right way, etc. I just want to see competency and hope that the organization is heading the right direction. Basically the opposite of what we saw on Saturday.
