To Fox, this season ain't over. Jake isn't on IR for a reason. He will play sometime in the last three games. Probably the Saints game, if nothing else.

The one thing you cannot afford to do against a superior opponent like the Vikings is turn the ball over. At a very basic level, Matt Moore turns the ball over less than Jake does - so it seems like a pretty simple decision. If Jake accompanied those turnovers with TD's then you could make an argument for Jake, but right now Moore's turnover-to-TD ratio is better than Jake's as well, so there is no logical argument for starting Jake over Moore... there is not one category where Jake has outperformed Matt Moore this year.

How do you figure that 1 TD for every 2 INTs is that much better TD to INT ratio than 8 TDs to 18 INTs or 1 to 2.25. There isn't enough difference to count one better than the other given that neither have been impressive moving the ball.

Try this logic on. Matt Moore doesn't turn the ball over but he doesn't score points either. We have averaged 13 points in his 2 games against pretty poor defenses. If you don't score you can't win.

Moore has 2 interceptions period. You don't just quantify as a starter if he played other games just like you don't ignore any Jake could throw if he came in relief of Moore. If Moore had thrown a TD in a backup role you would have been trotting that out, so the INTs count as well. If you are going to crucify jake with every post how about being a little less ridiculous in your support of moore as if saying anything bad about Moore is a positive for Jake.

I will let you in on a little secret.............

Neither of them are playing well right now. it is okay to admit it. To say Moore is playing well when we are scoring 13 points a game is ludicrous. If Jake were doing that, you would be bitching up a storm. How about a liitle balance from the lunatic fringe over there.
