I'm not one of the "I hate David Tepper because he's successful and hasn't done everything like I would have" crowd, but it makes me cringe every time I hear Frank Reich refer to him as "Mr. Tepper." 

Tepper's his senior by four years. I know it's a 'show respect to your boss' thing, but it comes off Dan Snyder-esque.

Is it just me?
