Yeah, Fitty has been in his bag this offseason.  Signing Deion Jones & Justin Houston were incredible moves for veteran leadership (and these guys can still play).

I feel so, so much better about our ILB depth with signing Jones and with the emergence of KGM.

Houston & Burns instantly have top-10 Edge rushing potential.  Will let the young guys (YGM, DJJ, Barno, Kobe Jones, etc) continue to develop and push for reps.

And on top of all of this, we still have plenty of money to extend Burns & others.  And we will have the flexibility to be active again next offseason.

I'm forever a homer at this time of the year, but damn if I'm not excited about this roster.

We have come a long, long, long way since the dark days of 2020... Luke's retirement, the debacle of hiring Matt Rhule, the un-ceremonial & disgraceful way Cam was let go... and of yeah, a once-in-a-lifetime pandemic that practically ripped our society apart...

We got to enjoy this Panthers Nation, b/c we deserve it!

They were technically missing probably their best defender (Sauce Gardner), but with the way our team is built, I don't know how much of a difference he would have made.  We don't really have a true #1 WR and our offense seems to be built around spreading the ball around.  Bryce is the kind of cerebral QB to go through his progressions and find the open guy, instead of keying in on any particular receiver and forcing the pass.

Bryce talked in his presser about how each play has a go-to target. Love that concept.

honestly, seeing the videos, i like how everyone is having fun and there's no fights. gives an idea of the atmosphere and the coaching.

Loved the practice today.  As a coach, that's how you want it done.  Protect the QB's, but let the guys compete right up to the edge of (post-whistle) confrontation.  You have to practice hard to prepare for real games, and it's much more fun for any team to hit someone else rather than their teammates.

I think both coaching staffs handled this really well.  And thank God for no injuries...
