This probably won't be a popular view, but who cares: why do you care who wins this coming Sunday? The Panther's season is over. I guess one point of view would be to win out so San Fran doesn't get a top ten pick -- I know I would throw up if that happens...

Because I will be at the game on Sunday. Why would I spend 153 dollars for tickets, 20 for parking and whatever I eat or drink, and then not care whether we win or lose?

for the fun and experience of going to the games and all that goes w/ that.....winnning at this point would just be an added bonus.

Worse on turnovers for sure but not on scoring. If Moore wants to be better than Jake was, he has to show that not only can he avoid turning the ball over, but that he can manage the offense, run an efficient 2 minute offense and score points.

I am not saying he can't do it nor am I saying it is his fault given it is hard to know how much the playcalling may be holding him back. Simply that he can be the starter and remain so if he can score 21 points on Sunday while not turning the ball over wildly. Frankly I would take 1 or even 2 picks if he accompanied it with 2 or 3 TD passes as well.

Thirteen points per game is well below the season average. It doesn't matter who scores, the quarterback runs the offense. If Moore wants to be better than Jake he needs to limit the turnovers and score points. That requires him to throw it down the field more than 1 time to Smitty a game and to do better than 6 for 24 on third down conversions over his 2 game stint. If we don't score points then the number of turnovers is irrelevant, we still lose.

Playing not to lose is exactly what you bitch about Fox doing and you support a quarterback who is doing the same thing.

You need to accept that Moore isn't the answer yet either and move on. Maybe he can loosen up and be more productive, but right now he isn't showing he is starter material. I for one hope he breaks out this game.

as bad as jake has sucked this year, we should all expect him to be on the bench the remainder of the season..theres no need to see jake play like poo another week this season..i think we all know that his future here is as the backup QB no matter who the starter is moving forward.

Just like we don't bring up Jake and 2008 and 2005 or whatever, bringing up 2007 makes no sense with Moore it is ancient history.

If 2 games this year isn't enough yet to castigate Moore for his measly 26 points of offense in 2 games, it isn't enough to crown him either as any kind of starter or upgrade.

If he hasn't been starting enough to discuss his lack of offense then it is too soon to judge his ability as a starter or upgrade.

He can't be better or worse than jake given he has played 2 games if that isn't enough to determine whether he can score points and run the offense.

Start at least prefacing your arguments with things like in his 2 games, or in his limited time as a starter, or so far, and you might get some credibility. Otherwise, you make no sense at all.

As for your two supposed points, I have already admitted both. Jake has been bad and Fox frankly needs to be replaced.
