Also. I haven't gone and looked at the #'s behind the #'s. Just some stuff.

Only 3 times they avg LESS than 3 yds per carry. Eagles 2.7. Skins 2.9 and Jets 3.0. No surprise they lost 2 of 3. Skins only win.

10 x over 4 yds a carry.

6 x over 5

1x over 6.

Record when rushing MORE than 30 times- 4-1(only loss vs Saints, 39 atts)

When rushing LESS than 30 times. 0-7

40 times 2-0(Cards and Bucs)

When avg 5.0 or more- 3-3

If I ever find time. I would like to analyze the avg STARTING field post and look how it relates to rushing and time of poss.

Just a quick glance, the avg starting field post last year, far and away better this year. So normal avgs the team is on the other side of the field more often. Even if no score, that makes the other team start with a longer field.

Whereas I have a hunch the the starting field post THIS year is much lower.

See what else I can drum up while trying to make somebody else some money.

Thanks was to lazy to look it up thought it would be better than that. But it does prove we need to attempt more rushes.

Coaches will tell you those numbers are skewed because when you win, you rush the ball more to grind out the clock. So you can't infer cause and effect.
