Matt Moore that's easy. We need so see what we have in him. And honestly if you guys thought he was going to into NE and throw all over the field in his 5th start in 2 years against one of the best coached teams you are delusional. You could tell he was nervous out there yesterday. We are going to have to let Matt marinate in the starters role for a bit to see if he can truly be the guy. I wasn't at all discouraged by what I saw yesterday. He needs more reps.

Jake would not do any better if not worse and he is a veteran who is "supposed" to be good. If Matt can suck less Jake and at least give us a competitive offense than I'd say it's encouraging coming from un drafted player in his second year.

Some say that if Jake was out there yesterday with similar numbers to Matt that we would have grilled his ass a new one. Well yes sure we would, the expectations are completely different. Jake is a 7 year starter who is expected to make this offense go. Jake putting up sub-par, below average numbers all season is not acceptable.

Matt's wasn't that bad yesterday. Yes he overthrew some guys but Moose also had hands of stone and every time we started to get something going we got a stupid ass penalty.

I will take the guy who can score more points than the other team.

The problem with counting on Jake for points is that a lot of his turnovers also wind up giving points to the other team.

We know what we have in Delhomme. I still think he could be a viable backup next season, but his starting days are done.
