When they say "quick feet" they do not mean speed, they mean the ability to "chop" your feet and to slide in pass protection without becoming off ballance. This is Duke's biggest issue right now, he tends to allow his body to hang out over his feet in pass protection which makes him easy for a 320+ lb DT to knock off ballance. In college a lot of OG's are able to get away with this because the DT's are not as big, strong, or fast as the pro's are.

This is something that is difficult to teach out of a player. Because it does not feel natural to stand with your feet apart and your body straight over top of them, they just naturaly want to lean out and make contact. He has all of the other tools and he will be a very good OG for us in the long run.

I was not referring to the fact that he does not have the speed to pull, but the overall footwork may not be there yet, in addition to being able to control his body weight.

He is a massive dude, with the footwork of a massive dude. They will need to coach him up in that regard, and hope that he has the desire to be coached up.

Honestly, there's a good chance we're going to need him to be really good next season.

The Bucs have the inside track to get the number one pick in the draft. With that first pick, there's a strong chance that they'll take Ndamukong Suh, which means we'll be facing him twice a year for the next several years.

With that in mind, we're going to need our guards to be good, very good, maybe even Steve Hutchinson good if Suh is a one-man wrecking crew at the next level .

I'm comfortable with Wharton being good enough. Vincent? No. Robinson? Well, that's the big question, isn't it?

They also already have Roy miller.Roy Miller plus Suh will be a good combo for them.
