I grew up with Sproles and played against him for years - Sproles was notably more solid in the lower body than this guy. Combine weight was also 187 vs Vaughn's 179, which is not insignificant at their height.

Bryce seemed to be a very effective runner when he had to do it in college. It’s not like he’s slow or unathletic. He’s just always looking to kill you with his arm.

Sproles gained 3 lbs from the combine until his final listed weight. He only looked short. Not tiny.

For sure - you don't make it this far at that size without it. Just saying that Sproles was a little moreso.

same height. they had almost the very exact same measurables coming out of college as well.

well an inch shorter and 7 pounds lighter.  but this was in 2021 before Vaughn truly broke out.
