He’s a top 5 Corner going into his 3rd season. Unless he suffers an Achilles or ACL, they’ll be definitely picking up his 5th

He isn't really at top 5 corner.  He potentially could be one. 

Horn hasn't even logged a full season's worth of games.  Think he has faced one legit top tier QB his entire career.

Yeah, that situation should be cut and dry that you pick up the 5th year but if he misses a big chunk of time in 2023, I don't think it will be a slam dunk.

Skill level is awesome but it's hard to develop and contribute if you spend more than half your career on the injury list.
