It's time to start focusing on basketball. If he did something wrong im sure they will reopen the case then we can have some discussion on his future off the court.

Nah the WHOOSH is people discussing a innocent man as if he was the killer.

 

The killer is behind bars last I checked. But I get miserable people have nothing else to do but be miserable against innocent people.

 You have been defending justified criticism of the guy by being his #1 Cheerleader in this forum. Hope Miller sends you some autographed knee pads.

Miles and his co-defendant actually have a good chance of being found not guilty due to self-defense. The victim's boyfriend allegedly fired the first shots.

It belonged to him and was accidentally left in Miller’s car. You want this 19 year old to ask 20 questions before returning a teammate his legal property? I really encourage people to read the facts on this case. He stated he was already in route to pick up Miles and Davis before he got the text about the gun and didn’t even realize it was left back there.

Poor choice of teammates to hang out with 100%. Should have paid more attention as to what was entering and leaving his car 100%. It was poor judgment but he is still a free man because he legally did nothing wrong.

What should he have done? Not given his teammate his gun back and continued to drive around with it illegally? Called the police on his teammate, who may or may not have had a legal permit to carry the gun in the first place? Have you ever considered that depending on how events unfold there are never any good options? I'm sure the last thing Miller thought was that someone would die later in the evening. That is precisely why he wasn't charged. He didn't do *anything* wrong, legally or morally. He just had poo luck. Furthermore its Alabama. Everybody has a gun. Especially anyone with anything worth losing. Its not like he had 10 kilos in the backseat.

Now this man knows his stuff. 

 

Turns out Miller's gang buddies were just acting in self defense. Boy a lot of people will have owed Miller an apology if that turns out to be true.
